ABOUT US
All Turf Solutions was formed by Duncan and Annie in 2000 with a small boutique turf farm at Mt Tamborine. Deep roots in professional greenkeeping helped build a wealth of knowledge and in mid-2026 the original owners made the difficult decision to hand the Rathdowney Production Farm and All Turf Solutions business over to new operators, Grown & Mown Sports Turf Management Pty Ltd.
Grown & Mown Sports Turf Management is comprised of several qualified Greenkeepers and, in addition to growing and supplying turf, maintains sporting fields and arenas across the greater Brisbane region. With a strong passion for turf, the team draws on extensive experience in bowls club maintenance, golf course construction and maintenance, seasonal turf renovation projects, irrigation management, turf nutrition program design and sustainable turf treatment trial protocols and is excited to apply these skills in the turf supply industry.

We saw an opportunity & a hole in the market for a quality producer providing “excellence” in customer service. Meet our Directors
Meet Zac
Zac began his career in horticulture as an apprentice in Tasmania in the early 2000s. After moving to Queensland, he completed his training at Brisbane Golf Club before progressing into golf course construction and later becoming Superintendent at a few different golf courses, including Pine Rivers Golf Club.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Zac has developed a strong reputation for being an experienced, honest and reliable contractor with good old-fashioned values. His expertise spans environmental turf practices, irrigation systems, golf course construction and landscape development.
Zac is father to two energetic boys and is looking forward to working the farm with them as they grow up.
Meet Bryce
Bryce has spent the past 15 years working exclusively in the sports turf industry, with a particular interest in plant nutrition and environmentally sustainable turf practices. He began his apprenticeship at Jindalee Bowls Club in 2012 and completed it in 2017.
In early 2017, Bryce founded Grown & Mown Lawn Service, securing bowls club maintenance contracts and high-level lawn care clients as a sole trader. His deep knowledge of turf nutrition allows him to create targeted programs for specific client needs, leading to long-term partnerships with local sports clubs.
Known for being hardworking, knowledgeable and approachable, Bryce has built strong industry relationships and now resides in the Lockyer Valley with his wife and son, Vinnie.
